Hey guys!! My name is Debbie Feuerstein and I’m so excited to meet all of you! I’m 20 years old and I live in Lansing, Michigan. I’m currently attending the community college to get my pre-reqs out of the way so I can transfer to Michigan State University for psychology. Wahoo! I’m also a hostess at the downtown restaurant Clara’s. I love hanging out with my friends and family, going on road trips (especially to the east coast), and lately I’ve become a little bookworm… 🙂 I love to laugh, but who doesn’t?! 😀 I’m a huge fan of sunsets, movies, dancing like a fool and playing piano!
I grew up in a Roman Catholic household with my Mom, Dad, two older sisters, and my Grandma. My parents were also part of the generation that founded the Sword of the Spirit: an interdenominational Christian group that is dedicated to fellowship, family, and prayer in Christ. This was a great environment for me to be raised in and it has been one of the biggest tools in helping me become closer to God. Through Sword of the Spirit I had the opportunity to go to Mexico for two weeks at the end of high school for a mission trip. I think this is but a taste of what I’m going to experience in Africa. I can’t wait because I know God hand-picked each of us to go serve Him in Swaziland!
