Time to purchase your round trip plane ticket!
Please make sure to follow the instructions below.
Date of arrival: January 25th
If you are flying in: You are to fly into the Atlanta Airport. You are to book your flight for arrival before 5 PM.
If you are driving into the airport: You are to arrive before 5PM.
Your team leaders will meet you in the Atrium in front of Atlanta Bread Company.
If you are driving and coming to Gainesville, GA: You are to arrive at 3PM.
There will be a Parent’s Reception for those whose parents want to attend. Your parents are to RSVP to the email that was sent out today!
Date of departure: April 25th
You will need to make travel arrangements to fly out 4 HOURS AFTER your International flight comes in.
